Raghavan G is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Kaer since September 2021 and Co-Founder of NxtPractice Growth Partners, Raghavan has previously held the role of CEO at Bhartiya Urban, where leadership focused on mixed-use city development in real estate from February 2014 to February 2021. Additional experience includes significant positions such as Chief Executive of Career Building Solutions and President at NIIT Limited, Managing Director at Ingram Micro, and President at Carrier Aircon Limited. Earlier career roles involved strategic director positions at Carrier Corporation. Raghavan holds a PGDM in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Sc in Agriculture from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.
