Mr. Watilo has been with Providence since 1996. He worked in a number of different strategy roles for Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA & Providence Centralia Hospital in Centralia, WA for the first 15 years. He then transferred to Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, WA as the Chief Strategy Officer in 2011. Upon the affiliation of Kadlec with Providence, his responsibilities grew to include CSO roles for Kadlec as well. Since May of 2020, Mr. Watilo has been the Chief Operating Officer for the medical group at Kadlec. Mr. Watilo has been married to his wife Michelle since 1991. They have three kids: Colby; Ryan and Brynn. Mr. Watilo has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Master of Business Administration from Saint Martin’s University. He is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He currently sits on the boards for Comprehensive Health as well as Blue Mountain Young Life.
