Shane Cerone is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the President & CEO of Kada Health since August 2023, focusing on turnaround management and leadership services for health systems and hospitals. Previously, Shane founded and led Health Market Solutions, LLC, from July 2016 to July 2023, providing strategic healthcare cost reduction and interim leadership. Notable prior roles include President and CEO of St. Luke's Hospital and President of Beaumont Hospital - Royal Oak, where Shane directed operations to achieve strategic and quality performance goals. As Associate Hospital Director at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Shane oversaw significant hospital operations and business development across multiple service lines.
