Ashton Jones has worked in the Human Resources field since 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a General Manager, Event Coordinator, and Bar Manager at Paolo's Italian Kitchen LLC. In 2019, they moved to Liberty National- The Mayo Agencies, where they held the role of Training Manager. Later that year, they joined Purdy Group USA, where they held the roles of HR Business Partner, Operations, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Administrator. In 2022, they began working at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and at K2Share as a Human Resources Manager.

Ashton Jones attended Texas A&M University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Leadership with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Blinn College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Communication, General. Ashton also attended Christian Heritage School prior to their college education. Additionally, Ashton holds a SHRM-Certified Professional certification from SHRM.
