Sarah Yanos is an experienced operations specialist with a strong background in customer service and event management. Currently serving as K2 University Operations Specialist since November 2021, Sarah previously held the position of After Sales Customer Service at adesta, where responsibilities included logistics coordination, customer communication, and ticket processing in a CRM system for international clients such as LG Energy Solution.
