Jesús Rodríguez has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Support Leader in the IT Department at Comercializadora G.A.B. Jesús then moved on to work as a Promoter and later as a Coordinators Leader in Programs and Projects, Social Care at PRESIDENCIA MUNICIPAL DE IRAPUATO. Jesús then joined Procter & Gamble, where they held roles as P&G MES Site System Owner and Key User in Digital Manufacturing Operations and MES. Following this, they worked at Cognizant as a Sr. Automation and IT Specialist (Project Manager). Currently, they are working at K2 Partnering Solutions as a Sr. Project Manager and IT Execution Lead for the Latam Sector. In this role, they have been leading projects in PepsiCo LatAm, focusing on quality digitization, servers migration, cloud-based projects, IT infrastructure implementation, and more. Jesús has experience working with different methodologies such as Waterfall, DevSecOps, and Agile Projects.

Jesús Rodríguez obtained a B. Sc. in Project Management Engineering from UVEG in the years 2016-2018. Prior to that, they attended Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Irapuato from 2008-2012, where they studied Computer System Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they received training in Locución and Power Management from Crehana in 2021, and in Psycosocial Risk Preventology from the Instituto Estatal de Capacitación del Estado de Guanajuato in October 2015. Jesús also completed various courses including Basic Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development, and Personal Productivity in the Digital Age through Actívate con Google.
