Jieun W. has work experience as a Consultant at K2 Management since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at VSB Guitar from February 2020 to August 2022. Jieun also worked as an Intern at K-water (Korea Water Resources Corporation) from April 2018 to May 2019.

Jieun W. attended Hankuk University of Foreign Studies from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in French. From 2016 to 2018, they furthered their education at Korea University, focusing on Energy and Environment Policy.
