Danielle Griffin holds the Assoc CIPD designation and has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at K2 International since June 2020. Prior to this role, Danielle worked at Pioneer Underwriters as an HR Business Partner and HR Advisor from October 2014 to June 2020, and previously held the position of HR Administrator at Catlin from November 2012 to October 2014. Danielle's career began in education as a teacher at Sabis Educational Services - The International School of Choueifat in Doha, where responsibilities included managing a KG1 class and teaching various subjects. Early experience includes an internship in compensation and benefits at AIB Capital Markets. Danielle holds a Master’s degree in International Management and Global Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies with a major in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick, as well as a CIPD Intermediate Award in Employment Law.
