Thomas Willis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Marketing/Sales Intern for Dale Carnegie Training, where they marketed classes and created sales opportunities through various methods. In 2012, they became a Video Producer & Marketing Coordinator for the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, overseeing video production and marketing campaigns. From 2014 to 2021, Willis joined the Nashville Predators, first as a Digital Manager and later as the Director of Digital & Radio Content. During their time there, they implemented a digital revolution, increased website views, generated new revenue streams, and created an integrated digital strategy. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Digital Content for the Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks, leading teams in audience connection through digital content across platforms. Additionally, Willis has experience in broadcasting as a Color Commentator for Union University Basketball, where they also worked as an audio technician, camera operator, and director for the broadcast team.
Thomas Willis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Union University, where they studied Marketing, Management, Broadcasting, and Communications. Thomas completed their degree from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained the Google Analytics (GA4) Certification from Skillshop in April 2023.
