Alana Welz serves as the Manager of Data Analytics at Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks since July 2016, leading a team of Data Scientists to leverage advanced data modeling techniques for strategic decision-making and optimization opportunities. Previously, Alana held various roles within the same organization, including Data Scientist and Data Analyst III, focusing on analyzing complex data sets related to donors and listeners to provide actionable insights. Prior experience includes a tenure at Allstate Insurance as a Senior Product Consultant, where Alana analyzed business trends and drove excellence in data analysis, along with roles at Mercury Insurance as an Underwriter and at California State University, Sacramento as a Data Entry Technician. Alana holds a BA in Government from California State University-Sacramento.
