Rotem Yarkoni has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

They started their career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Logistics Officer from October 1999 to January 2003.

Following that, they worked at Philips as a Project Control Unit Manager Assistant from July 2006 to August 2007.

In 2007, they joined Ergo Consulting Group, where they held multiple roles. They initially served as a Project Manager from August 2007 to January 2011, consulting various organizations in the financial sector and specializing in industrial engineering, management consulting, strategic implementation, digital transformation, and business operations. They then became the Chief Operating Officer from May 2011 to 2020, responsible for pre-sales, project management, and customer relationships with strategic clients. Their responsibilities included managing a team of consultants and analysts, leading and executing various projects, and expertise in organizational assessments, operational excellence, processes and service improvement, digital transformation, CRM, BPM, KPIs & OKRs, product ownership, and change management.

Currently, Rotem Yarkoni is working at K Logic Future Marketing as the Growth COO since April 2021 and assumed the role of COO from July 2022.

Rotem Yarkoni completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2007. They pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Rotem Yarkoni has acquired several certifications. In 2015, they completed the "Director in practice - 讚讬专拽讟讜专 讛诇讻讛 诇诪注砖讛 - 讞讘专讜转 爪讬讘讜专讬讜转, 驻专讟讬讜转 讜诪诪砖诇转讬讜转" certification from 讛诪讬诇"诇 / Hamil - 讛诪专讻讝 讛讬砖专讗诇讬 诇谞讬讛讜诇. They also acquired the "Group Facilitator in Organizations" certification from The Open University of Israel in 2018.

Their more recent certifications include "Fundamentals of digital marketing" from Google obtained in April 2022, "Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification Prep training" from Udemy obtained in March 2021, "Hello Design Thinking" from IDEO U obtained in November 2020, "Microsoft Teams Essential Training" from LinkedIn obtained in November 2020, "Time Management: Working from Home" from LinkedIn obtained in August 2020, and "Critical Thinking" from LinkedIn obtained in July 2020.
