Ton Wenting is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of HR for JYSK in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France since September 2011, Wenting has also held the position of HR Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Wenting was the owner of Wenting Coaching, providing individual and group outplacement services, recruitment, and reintegration programs from April 2005 to August 2011. Additionally, Wenting has worked as a freelance advisor for Mensiumgroep, and held various roles at British American Tobacco, including Technical Specialist and Project Engineer, along with experience as a Trainer at Human Capital Training. Early career experiences include positions as a Production Engineer and Assistant Shift Manager at Rothmans, and Warehouse Manager at Brezan Automaterialen. Wenting's educational background includes certifications in personality profiling and coaching, along with degrees in business administration and automotive engineering.
