Niels Hother Madsen serves as the Integration and Digital Development Director at JYSK since December 2019, bringing extensive experience from Bettenwelt GmbH & Co. KG, where Niels Hother held the position of Logistics & Procurement Manager from August 1994 to December 2019, focusing on inbound logistics, CSR, EU-timber regulation, product quality, and process optimization. Previous roles include Project Manager overseeing the SAP ERP Module MM/SD and Assistant Buyer. Niels holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Marketing and Business Communication from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration, Management, and Leadership from Syddansk Universitet, and a Diploma in Accountancy in Business Economics from Syddansk Universitet. Niels also completed the højere handelseksamen in Business/Commerce at Aarhus Business College.
