Deexith Reddy Thota has a diverse work experience in the field of performance engineering and software testing. Deexith Reddy started their career at QSSI in 2013 as a Performance Tester for the HITECH NLR project at CMS. Deexith Reddy then joined DCCA in 2015 as a Performance Tester for the same project. In 2017, they worked as a Software Test Engineer at Scope Infotech, Inc., and later that year, they started working at Northern Trust Corporation as a Performance Test Engineer. In 2019, Deexith joined Follett as a Senior Performance Engineer before moving on to Discount Tire, where they currently hold the role of Senior Performance Engineer and is set to become a Principal Performance Engineer in December 2022.
