Johanna Chivaran is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management and business partnership. Currently serving as HR Manager at JYSK since September 2023, Johanna previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at JYSK Romania from September 2020 to September 2023 and Human Resources Manager at Ifantis Romania from February 2018 to September 2020. With a strong focus on employee needs, recruitment, evaluation procedures, career development, and organizational structure, Johanna has successfully implemented various HR initiatives, monitored key performance indicators, managed compensation and benefits, and developed external service contracts. Earlier in the career, Johanna served as Human Resources Manager at RIN Airport Hotel, overseeing recruitment for both the hotel and associated Water Park.
