Cai Yi Chen is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in process engineering and improvement. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at JW Aluminum since June 2022, Cai previously held the position of Process Improvement Engineer at Mannington Mills, Inc. from December 2018 to June 2022 and worked as a Process Engineer at Shaw Industries from January 2016 to March 2018. Additionally, a Reliability Engineer Intern role was completed at Constellium in the summer of 2015. Cai Yi Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with a minor in Economics and Reliability and Maintainability, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating in 2015.
