Jacquelyn Loke is a Project Finance & Transactions Manager for APAC at juwi Group since May 2017, overseeing transactions management, investor sales coordination, and supporting senior management in reviewing agreements. Previously, Jacquelyn served as a Business Strategy Analyst at juwi Group, where strategic research and operational initiatives for solar market entry were key responsibilities. Jacquelyn's extensive experience in corporate finance includes roles as Senior Manager Corporate Finance at RHB Banking Group and Assistant Vice President of Corporate Finance at OSK Investment Bank Berhad, focusing on corporate advisory deals such as IPOs, M&A, and capital raising. Jacquelyn holds an MBA in Renewables from the Institute of Distance Learning - Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance from Monash University Malaysia.
