Mindaugas Baltakis began their work experience as a Lawyer at the Bailiff's office in January 2013. In this role, they were responsible for preparing documents for bailiff's clients and courts, communicating with clients, and resolving disputes. Mindaugas held this position until June 2018.

In 2019, Mindaugas joined Juvare as a Junior Software Engineer. Mindaugas worked in this role from October 2019 until November 2020, gaining experience in software development. Mindaugas then progressed to the position of Software Engineer at Juvare in December 2020, where they are currently employed.

Mindaugas Baltakis has a Master's degree in Law from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, which they obtained from 2009 to 2014. In addition, they also pursued a vocational degree in Junior Java development at the Baltic Institute of Technology in 2019.
