David Foster has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant at Three Trees Interiors and as a Dock Master at PETTIPAUG YACHT CLUB INC. In 2018, they served as an Emergency Medical Technician at Syracuse University Ambulance, where they remained until May 2022. In the same year, they also worked as an Old Lyme Town Ranger for The Town of Old Lyme, ensuring public spaces' safety. In 2020, David had a role as a Software Engineer Intern at Juvare, specializing in data analysis and coding solutions in React JS. David later transitioned to the positions of Business Analyst and Product Owner at Juvare, starting in January 2021 and April 2021, respectively.

David Foster attended Syracuse University - Maxwell School from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Policy Studies. David also pursued studies at the Syracuse University School of Information Studies, focusing on Data Analytics. In addition to their education, David Foster obtained certifications such as the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2021, and the Emergency Medical Technician, Basic certification from Syracuse University Ambulance in July 2019.
