Aditi Agarwal currently serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Juvare since August 2023. Previously, Aditi held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter at Meta from August 2021 to May 2023, specializing in recruiting Senior Software Engineers for Machine Learning Teams. Aditi's experience includes leading technology recruitment projects at ADP from July 2015 to August 2021 and managing a high-volume RPO project at New York Life Insurance Company from November 2012 to March 2014. Aditi also worked at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Technology Recruiter and began the career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems. Aditi holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute For Technology and Management and a BBA in Finance and HR from Mount Carmel College, India.
