Ryan Wick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Vice President of Global Government & Regulatory Affairs and Senior Director of Regulatory Strategy at Juul Labs since 2019. As the founder and president of Arrowhead Strategies LLC, Ryan provides expert advisory services in public affairs for regulated clients. Prior experience includes a decade at Philip Morris International where Ryan held roles such as Director & Senior Counsel in Regulatory Strategy & Policy, overseeing international regulatory strategies, and managing litigation as Senior Counsel for Brand Integrity. Additional experience includes serving as Director & Senior Counsel for Philip Morris Korea Inc. and practicing law at Foley & Lardner LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP. Ryan holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Political Science from Penn State University.
