Panagiota Kolaitis is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and quality assurance. Currently serving as Customer Experience Team Lead and Quality Assurance Analyst at Justworks since March 2021, Panagiota previously held similar roles at Teleperformance Greece from July 2016 to March 2021, where responsibilities included monitoring customer support staff and delivering actionable feedback.
