Leo Kim is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Platform Services at Justworks since February 2023. Previously, Leo held the position of Director of Engineering at Attentive, overseeing engineering teams for SMS and email marketing products vital to the company's revenue. Leo has also served as Head of Engineering at Formation Bio, Director of Engineering at Blink Health, and VP Engineering at Hometeam, among other roles. Leo's technical expertise spans a range of companies, including MongoDB and Foursquare, and encompasses significant achievements in building scalable systems and enhancing critical features. Leo holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Wesleyan University.
