Damon Bauer is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in front-end development and solution architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Justworks since September 2022, Damon focuses on the development of the Justworks mobile app using React Native and TypeScript, driving key business functionality. Previously, Damon held positions at Big Nerd Ranch as a Solution Architect and Senior Developer, and at Planview, Inc. as a Senior Front End Developer, where a notable achievement included the architecture of a front-end platform monorepo for embeddable React applications. Damon's earlier roles involved leading development efforts at Ramsey Solutions for a digital banking platform, as well as multiple web development positions at Avatar, LLC, Design Engineering, Inc., Pabodie Design Studios, The Chef's Garden, and Periodical Publishers Service Bureau. Damon holds an Associates degree in Web Graphic Design from DeVry University and a Vocational Diploma in Interactive Media Technology from EHOVE Career Center.
