Jacob Welton has a diverse work experience in engineering and sales roles. Jacob currently works as a Business Development Representative at Vanilla, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they were a Sales Development Representative at Faros AI from November 2022 to March 2023. Jacob also has experience as a Project Engineer at Inland Group from September 2021 to November 2022 and at Gary Merlino Construction Co from May 2020 to September 2021. Jacob worked as a Project Engineer II at Onni Group of Companies from November 2018 to April 2020, and as a Field Engineer at Shimmick Construction from November 2017 to November 2018. Jacob also gained experience as an Engineer Intern at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. in June 2016. Jacob started their career as a Civil Engineer in Training at Attar Engineering, Inc. from June 2014 to August 2015.

Jacob Welton completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from Gonzaga University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
