Matt Albon is a seasoned music educator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the music industry. As the founder and owner of JUST ROCK? since October 2020, Matt has been dedicated to teaching drums and fostering musical talent. Previously, Matt operated as a franchisee of The Rock Project from June 2011 to October 2020, running a successful music school in Bristol for children aged 7-18. Matt also served as a freelance drum assessor at the BIMM Institute from October 2010 to October 2015, evaluating students for higher education courses. In addition, Matt was a professional drummer for the rock band The Chemists, who signed a major recording contract in 2005. Educationally, Matt holds an Advanced Diploma in Session Musician from the British Academy of New Music and a Certificate in Drums from Drumtech.
