Travis Ford, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Super Duper Publications and Justrite Manufacturing Company L.L.C. since June 2019 and May 2018, respectively. Previously, Travis held similar managerial roles at Arvato Bertelsmann North America, Infrastructure Engineers, Inc., and The Cliffs Communities, focusing on employee relations, organizational development, and HRIS implementation. Earlier in the career, Travis was responsible for employee safety and training at Techtronic Industries - TTI and RBC Insurance. Travis began professional experience as a sales trainer at Mci Worlcom. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS in Psychology, Travis is well-versed in various HR functions including talent management and succession planning.
