Vladimir Maksimenko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vladimir is currently working as the VP of Engineering at JustPlay GmbH, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Engineering at the same company from March 2021 to April 2023.

Before working at JustPlay GmbH, Vladimir was self-employed as a Freelance professional starting from February 2017. During this time, they had JustPlay GmbH as an active client, where they worked as the Head of Engineering, managing the development process and improving the back-end side of the product. Vladimir also worked with MYND Management Inc. and had various past clients.

Vladimir's previous experience includes working as the R&D department head at Semantic Machines LLC from January 2013 to January 2017. Vladimir also served as a Corporal in the Mozhaisky Military Space Academy from December 2011 to December 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Programmer at Mondi Syktyvkar from June 2010 to October 2011 and as a Teacher at Syktyvkar State University from February 2009 to June 2011.

Earlier in their career, Vladimir worked as the CTO at Republic Information Center of Education Quality Evaluation from June 2009 to June 2010. Vladimir was a Java Programmer at Magnetosoft LLC from September 2007 to June 2009 and a Programmer at Republic Information Center of Education Quality Evaluation from May 2005 to September 2007.

Vladimir's career began as a Computer Repair Technician at Children Additional Education Center from April 2000 to May 2002, where they focused on hardware diagnostics and fixing PC's ranging from 286 to modern models.

Vladimir Maksimenko graduated from Syktyvkar State University with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics in 2007. Vladimir pursued further education at the same university and completed postgraduate studies in Mathematical Modeling, Computational Science, and Software from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Vladimir has obtained several certifications. Vladimir became an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2021 Architect Associate in December 2021 and an Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE 11 Developer in August 2020. Vladimir also achieved certifications in AWS Fundamentals: Addressing Security Risk and AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Coursera in April 2020. Prior to that, they obtained the Java SE 8 Programmer Certified Professional certification from Oracle in August 2016 and the Java SE 6 Programmer Certified Professional certification in March 2013.
