Xavier Renom has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Xavier began their career in 1998 as a Software Engineer at Global Planning Solutions. In 1999, they joined iSOCO as an R&D Software Engineer, where they developed web applications using AI and collaborative filtering to enhance search algorithms. In 2002, they founded and became the CEO of Justinmind, a hi-fidelity prototyping platform. As CEO, they designed and implemented a platform to prototype feature-rich web and mobile applications that look and feel like the real thing. Xavier included intuitive features to help build and validate interactive wireframes and facilitate communication between stakeholders, designers, business analysts and developers.
Xavier Renom has a diverse educational background. Xavier completed a B.Sc. Mathematics degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 1998, as well as a B.Sc. Electronics Engineering degree from UPC School (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) in 1997. In 1996, they earned a B.Sc. Telecommunication Engineering degree (Communications and Telematics specialization) from UPC - ETSETB TelecomBCN. In 2003, they won The 50K Entrepreneurship Competition IV Edition from San Telmo Business School in the field of Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2014, they took courses at Stanford Continuing Studies. Finally, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2017 to 2018.
