Robert Herrod has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. From 2016 to the present, they have served as the Director of Finance at Justice Works Youth Care. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Controller at Danan Healthcare Group, where their responsibilities included managing revenue billing and collection, payroll, HR and benefit functions, AP, and the monthly closing process. From 1998 to 2015, they served as a Controller at Covanta Energy, overseeing a range of financial activities including revenue, payroll, invoicing, AP, and monthly close. Robert also played a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and interfacing with auditors and corporate management.

Robert Herrod graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Accounting from Saint Vincent College in 1984. Prior to attending college, they completed their high school education at Hempfield Area High School.
