Vida Baino has worked for three companies over the past 15 years. Vida began their career at American Express in 2006 as a Training Coach. In 2013, they moved to MM4 - An Xchanging Company, where they served as a Sourcing and Procurement specialist. Most recently, they joined JusticeBid in 2021 as a Client Support Specialist.

Vida Baino earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila between 2000 and 2004.
