Tim Considine is an experienced professional in program management and youth services, currently serving as Program Director at the Justice Resource Institute since August 2013. Prior to this role, Tim was the Assistant Program Director at RFK Children's Action Corps from March 2005 to August 2013, overseeing operations at a secure treatment facility for adolescent girls. Tim's background also includes serving as Program Coordinator for the YWCA of Lowell, where responsibilities encompassed managing youth enrichment programs, and working as a Direct Care Professional at Greater Lynn Mental Health, providing clinical oversight for clients with mental health challenges. Earlier career experience includes various law enforcement and security roles, along with serving as a Police Officer in the United States Army. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
