Brooke Justice has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 1991. Brooke began as a Retail Department Manager at Albertson's Inc. in 1991 and then moved to Texas-New Mexico Power Co in 1998 as a Computer Support Consultant. In 2001, they became a Network Administrator at Vandervoort's Dairy - Kroger Co. Brooke then moved to Equibrand Corporation in 2004 as a Network Engineer. In 2008, they took on a Sr. Network Analyst role at Union Drilling Inc. and in 2013 they moved to Sidewinder Drilling Inc. in the same role. In 2015, they became President of Justice IT Consulting, a consulting and managed IT services company with an emphasis on Cyber Security.

Brooke Justice attended the University of Texas from 1987 to 1991, studying Electrical Engineering. In 1998, they completed Microsoft's MCSE track at Southern Methodist University. Brooke has also obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuration (2011), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - Active Directory (2011), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - Applications Infrastructure (2011), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - Network Infrastructure (2011), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (1998). Additionally, they obtained a Certified SonicWall Security Administrator certification from SonicWall Inc. in 2016.
