Michael Okupnik is an accomplished Search Manager at Just Global, Inc. since October 2020, bringing valuable experience from previous roles including Captain at COOP Captain, where significant mentoring and leadership engagement for under-represented communities in digital marketing were facilitated. Prior to this, Michael served as a Special Event Coordinator at Microsoft, managing over 100 large-scale events and enhancing relationships between event organizers and staff. As a Marketing, Events & PR Intern at NBC Sports Bay Area & California, Michael executed promotional events and collaborated on campaign deliverables. Early career experience includes a role as a Barista at Starbucks, where Michael created engaging video content and managed the store's Instagram presence. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Electronic Communication Arts from San Francisco State University and a certificate in Digital Marketing from the COOP Careers Fellowship.
