Zoe Schlag is a co-founder and managing partner at Common Trust, an employee ownership buyout platform established in August 2022, which assists small business owners in transitioning to employee ownership. Currently serving as an Executive Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations and a board member for various organizations including JUST Community, MDaaS Global, and Creation Crate, Zoe focuses on fostering economic opportunities and equitable wealth creation. Previous roles include Entrepreneur in Residence at Schmidt Futures, where Zoe developed investment strategies for shared ownership initiatives, and managing director at Techstars, leading investments in socially impactful technologies. Zoe is also the founder and CEO of UnLtd USA, dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs addressing critical social and environmental issues, with a strong educational background in International Relations from Tufts University and social justice studies from the School for International Training in Chile and Bolivia.
