Paula L. is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in advertising and brand development. Currently serving as Principal at Lanwell LLC since January 2011, Paula specializes in on-demand creative services for global and national brands, collaborating closely with both ad agencies and in-house marketing teams to create strategically-driven campaign concepts. Previously, as a Creative Services Specialist at plworx from 2003 to 2011, Paula provided personal creative services for small to medium-sized ad agencies and their global brand subsidiaries, focusing on concept-level advertising campaign development. Before that, Paula held the title of Vice President at Conwell & Laniado, Inc. from 1999 to 2003, where entrepreneurial skills were applied to the development and launch of a consumer beverage brand, The Big Easy iced tea. Paula's career began at TBWA\Chiat\Day from 1996 to 1999 as Co-Creative Director, contributing to global and national brand promotions. Paula holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising, Photography, Film Making, Fine Arts, and Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
