Robert Ward's work experience begins in 2005 as a Computer/ITV Assistant at East Central College, where they were responsible for computer maintenance, interactive television maintenance, software/security updates, PC hardware upgrades, and networking. Robert also educated students and faculty on the use of technology.
In 2006, they worked as an Online Editor at The Missouri Miner, creating and maintaining a website using the Joomla content management system for the online edition of a weekly college newspaper.
From 2007 to 2008, Robert worked as a Web Developer at eshots, Inc.

Robert has built automated systems and tools, utilizing technologies such as Mesos, Docker, MongoDB, and MySQL running on AWS to process large amounts of data in a fault-tolerant and reliable manner. Additionally, they have created user-friendly tools for domain experts to correct and clean data efficiently.
