Lucy Gibson has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Executive Chef at Jupiter Restaurant since September 2022. Previously, Lucy held multiple roles at King Restaurant from December 2019 to September 2022, advancing from Jr Sous Chef to Sr Sous Chef and contributing significantly to menu planning and kitchen management. Other notable positions include Cook for the Rome Sustainable Food Project at the American Academy in Rome and various line cook roles that involved executing daily menus and butchery. Lucy's culinary training includes an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Art History from Brown University and ongoing studies in Art History and Literature at Université Paris-Sorbonne and Université Vincennes Saint-Denis, respectively. Additionally, Lucy has experience in public relations and editorial roles within the publishing industry.
