Steffen Rasmussen founded and served as the CEO of Junkbusters, a waste management company, from June 2009 onwards. The company operates in Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. In November 2013, they became a founding partner as well as the Chairman of the Board at Grillen Group, which has 8 locations in Denmark and plans for expansion. In January 2021, Steffen Rasmussen became a founding partner and board member at Mealo. Steffen has also held positions at Uniplan Danmark A/S, serving as Chairman of the Board from February 2021 to February 2023, and as a Board member from December 2019 to February 2021.
