Jason Champagne has a diverse work experience background. Jason is the Founder and Consultant at Vitality Consulting Strategies, where they focus on empowering dentists to achieve their practice goals through engagement, communication, and leadership. Prior to this, Jason founded Juniper Services, serving as a Board Member and CEO from 2020 to 2022. Jason also has experience as the Dental Director and Practicing Dentist at Champagne Family Dentistry since 2001, where they lead the organization and provides coaching on organizational culture, leadership, teamwork, employee engagement, and strategic management. Additionally, Jason served as a Board Member at the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners from 2012 to 2019, ensuring the licensing and regulation of dental professionals. Jason was the President of both the Nevada Academy of General Dentistry from 2008 to 2010 and the Northern Nevada Dental Society from 2006 to 2007, supervising and directing the business of each organization.

Jason Champagne earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they attended the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained their DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree with a focus on Dentistry.
