Dalia Solis is an experienced professional with a strong background in business operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the SVP of Supply Chain at Juniper Networks since November 2021, Dalia has previously held key positions at CommScope as Director of IT Strategy and Planning and Business Engagement Director. Additional roles include Program Management Director and Chief of Staff at ARRIS, as well as various strategic positions at Brocade, including Chief of Staff for Quality, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, and Supply Chain PMO. Dalia's career began at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed advanced planning systems analysis and project management. Dalia holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Stanford University in Engineering Economic Systems and Operations Research, and Mathematical and Computational Science, respectively.
