Stuart R. Morris, Esq., CPA, is a prominent wealth preservation attorney currently serving as Co-Chair of Private Client Services and Shareholder at Cozen O'Connor, as well as Managing Partner of the Boca Raton office. With extensive experience in protecting clients' assets from taxes, divorce, and creditors, Stuart has held significant leadership roles including Member of the Board of Directors at Locality Bank and Chair of the Foundation at Junior Achievement of South Florida. Previously, Stuart managed Morris Law Group, focusing on estate planning, tax planning, business structuring, and trust administration. Stuart holds a JD from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
