Vanessa T. has accumulated a range of work experience throughout their career. Vanessa started in 2016 as a Front Office Supervisor at Omni Hotels & Resorts, where they held the position until 2018. Following this, they moved on to Webroot and took on two roles, starting as a Sales Operations - Order Fulfillment coordinator in February 2018 and transitioning to Sales Operations - Sales Enablement Coordinator in November 2018 until October 2019. Vanessa then joined OpenText in October 2019 as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst, remaining with the company until October 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Salesforce Solutions Consultant at aMind Solutions from October 2020 to June 2021. Most recently, Vanessa joined JumpCloud in June 2021 and has held multiple roles within the organization. Vanessa began as a Senior Salesforce Administrator from June 2021 to January 2022. Vanessa then transitioned into the role of a Product Manager, Salesforce from January 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Vanessa serves as an Engineering Manager, Salesforce at JumpCloud from January 2023 onwards.

Vanessa T. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Boston University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. These certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, all obtained between 2018 and 2020. Recently, in 2021, they have obtained multiple certifications from DocuSign, including DocuSign CLM Specialist, DocuSign eSignature Administration Specialist, DocuSign CLM Workflow Specialist, DocuSign CLM Implementation Consultant, and DocuSign Agreement Cloud Specialist.
