David Gaffield has extensive work experience in the technology industry. David is currently serving as the Senior Engineering Manager at JumpCloud since January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Engineering Manager, Systems at JumpCloud from January 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining JumpCloud, David worked at ZOLL Data for a significant portion of their career. David held various roles including Director of Software Development from April 2015 to January 2020, Product Owner from April 2014 to July 2016, Software Development Manager from July 2010 to April 2015, Software Engineer from July 2009 to July 2010, QA Engineer from September 2004 to July 2010, and Support Technician from September 2002 to September 2004.

David Gaffield obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they also hold a JumpCloud Core Certification, which they obtained in February 2021 from JumpCloud.
