Charlie began their career at Apple in 2009, starting as a Personal Shopping Specialist and consistently delivering high-quality customer service. Charlie later became an Assistant Store Manager, Manager of Operations and Visual Elements, and Manager of Business Sales, where they implemented business strategies to increase revenue for Apple's retail stores.

Before joining Apple, Charlie worked at Malibu Tech Support as a Website Developer and Account Manager, where they showcased their skills in web design, website management, and provided tech support to small businesses.

Furthermore, Charlie gained customer service experience during their time at the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis as a Ticket Operator and Production Assistant. Charlie focused on providing excellent customer service, facilitating Q&A sessions, and assisting in event coordination for benefactors and community-based programs.
