Neil Federer has over 30 years of experience in the fashion industry. Neil served as the President of Jump Design Group since March 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of President at JS Group International for 27 years, from 1993 to 2020. In 1987, they were the Director of Sales at Alex Apparel Group.

Neil Federer completed a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1984. Prior to that, they pursued Liberal Arts and Sciences, particularly Liberal Studies, at Rider University from 1980 to 1982.
