Michelle Loret de Mola is an expert at blending clear strategic direction with compelling experiences that drive change. Michelle has helped a Fortune 500 retailer define its 5-year marketing strategy and partnered with a major record label to define its future growth opportunities. Michelle has also led several of Jump’s change management initiatives for clients. Previous to Jump, Michelle worked at both Visa and Discover. She held multiple roles across the corporate and product strategy teams and the marketing and sales team. Michelle is also a trained chef, and has managed restaurants in California’s Napa Valley. Michelle holds a BA from Northwestern with degrees in Psychology, Communications, and Marketing. She is a native Spanish speaker.
