Craig Fetterman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering, customer success, and sales within the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Solutions Engineering for the Americas at Jumio Corporation, Craig leads teams in both pre-sales and post-sales functions, ensuring clients receive maximum value from their implementations. Previous roles at Jumio include Director of Global Customer Success for AML solutions and Head of Solutions Engineering for Beam Solutions. Craig’s background also encompasses significant positions at NICE Actimize, where responsibilities included generating revenue, managing client relationships, and leading pre-sales teams, as well as project management and development roles at Citi and The Frustum Group. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Finance from the University at Albany.
