Felix Zhang is an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in managing and optimizing supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Logistics Manager at Jumia Global since November 2021, Felix leads the China logistics team, focusing on drop-shipping and enhancing last mile delivery services. Prior to this role, Felix worked as a Project Manager at Cainiao Network, where significant improvements in return service experiences were achieved for merchants.
