Previously, Cathy held several key roles at La Place Restaurants and Prinsen Berning, culminating as Group Human Resources Director. At Desso, Cathy contributed as Director of Human Resources, supporting the Executive Board and implementing corporate HR strategies across multiple countries. Early career experiences include HR management roles at Armstrong World Industries and Eaton Hydraulics, along with a formative internship. Cathy's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Fontys University and further leadership training at London Business School.
